Fascial Stretch Therapy is a unique, pain-free modality of assisted stretching that is customized to each client’s needs within each session. Because of the gentle nature of the technique, countless clients have reported experiencing the benefits of FST for a week or more after just one session.
Victoria has been practising Fascial Stretch Therapy for over 8 years. In the last 3 years, she has sponsored holes at several local golf tournaments, with very positive feedback from participants. Most recently, she was part of the therapy team at the PGA Canada Tour event at Eagle Creek, helping many players regain mobility with just a few minutes of stretching. She is also a certified personal trainer with 13+ years of experience, and a golf performance specialist with the CHEK Institute.
